You will be spearheading company growth through business development efforts in Malta and internationally.
Serving as a director on two licensed entities, aiding in contract drafting and review, preparing statutory documents for new entity incorporation, and managing share transfers.
Additionally, you will encompass ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying legal risks, and implementing policies for risk mitigation. Staying abreast of legal developments is essential, along with assisting with immigration law matters, liaising with clients and regulatory bodies, and providing legal support for company structuring and maintenance, including conducting legal research and offering consolidated legal opinions.
