Julian is Managing Director of Boston Link and oversees operations in UK, Malta and the Isle of Man. He was previously a director at Michael Page, where he ran a number of teams covering London and offshore jurisdictions.
Julian started his career in London and has worked across specialist markets and executive search in London, Frankfurt and Sydney. He has successfully recruited hundreds of talented professionals for his clients throughout his career, with many involving complex international moves. He spends time outside work with his young family and enjoys surfing, running and tennis.
Tom is a Managing Consultant at Boston Link in Malta, specialising in iGaming recruitment. Tom has seven years of international recruitment experience working in London and South Africa.
He previously set up and grew a successful IT division in the South African market working with Clients in Financial Services, Consultancy and FMCG industries. Tom holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
Tom is keen to spend his time outside the office playing football, swinging a kettle bell or at sea learning to sail.
Adriana is one of our original members of the Boston Link team in Malta. She has extensive experience in Human Resources, specialising in IT recruitment where she excels as an Ambassador for Women in Tech.

It is highly publicised about the lack of women in STEM careers and in particular the diversity of upper management in IT. When she can, Adriana will always go out of her way to help conquer inequality within the IT industry.
One of her standout successes was when she engaged with a young female .net developer that wanted to leave her current role but undervalued her abilities, applying for lower paid positions than she was worth.
Adriana worked hard to reassure her that she was a highly valuable candidate and listened to her career progression goals. She then introduced the woman to an employer where she had previously applied but had little luck getting an interview. Upon securing and completing the interview the woman was convinced they were all far too smart and would never hire her. But Adriana was there for her whenever she had any questions and for support when it came to salary negotiations. The candidate was then thrilled to once she had been placed in her ideal role at her dream company.
Kimberly is an Associate Consultant at Boston Link. She has a bachelor degree in translation, English – Spanish and then studied a Master in Multilingual communication with an option in Human Resources. She then went on to work as a consultant in Belgium working for Manpower before joining Boston Link.
In her spare time, Kim loves to cook, travel, and discover new cultures.
Antea is an Associate Consultant at Boston Link and has 4 years experience in financial administration, forex currencies, payments and branch reconciliations. She has attended an FIC/TII course in insurance and has knowledge in securities and investments through her self-study online course with CISI.
Antea has a young child and in her free time, she enjoys the gym, cooking and reading. She is also passionate about solo travelling and meeting new people and building great relationships with clients.
Mark is a Senior Consultant at Boston Link in Malta, specialising in Financial Services and iGaming recruitment. He has worked for over 14 years in the Human Resources field within diverse industries. Prior to joining Boston Link, Mark spent 5 years at an international recruitment firm specialising within Finance and ICT.
When not in the office, Mark likes to spend time reading, travelling and going to the gym.
Anthony is a specialist iGaming recruiter at Boston Link. He has worked in client facing roles all over the world including six years in Australia and New Zealand. Having worked in Malta in financial recruitment for over two years before joining Link, he decided to transfer those skills in to the iGaming industry.
When not at the office, Anthony’s main focus is spending time with his partner and their twin boys. He also has a passion for sports, especially football and rugby.
Hilda is an experienced commercial, marketing and operations professional. She started her career in sales and still holds the record for most closed deals during the month! Hilda progressed to marketing and HR, where she found her calling for Recruitment.
Hilda specialises in the Swedish market and has successfully recruited over one hundred Swedish speaking professionals.
When Hilda is not working she spends her time with friends and family. Taking advantage of Malta’s weather and sea, she enjoys diving, hiking and other outdoor activities.
Lourens is an International Recruitment Consultant for the iGaming branch at Boston Link. Before relocating to Malta he worked as an Online Marketing Advisor at a Digital Marketing Agency. In 2011 he started his own Recruitment company based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. In 2013 he decided to move to Malta to further his career and enjoy the sun. He has since worked in iGaming for over 4 years managing different roles.
When not in the office, Lourens likes to spend time in the gym and travelling the world.
Irena is currently studying for a Bachelor’s in Work and HR at the University of Malta. Outside of the office, Irena loves nature, travel, sports and dogs.
Richard heads up the UK office which focuses on the offshore financial services market in the Channel Islands as well as the onshore sector in the UK. He was previously a Senior Principal Consultant at a global international recruitment firm, where he spent over 2 years successfully establishing a new Financial Services department.
Richard started his career in health and fitness and progressed through various management positions until he found his calling in Recruitment. He has successfully recruited hundreds of professionals across Europe.
The majority of his time outside of work is taken up by running around after his 2 young children. He also enjoys dodging traffic and pedestrians on his daily cycle commute to work.
Cosmo is a Senior Consultant for Boston Link. Primarily headhunting IT developers, he consults for a collection of our Isle of Man clients. Coming from the tech industry and having previously headhunted in Amsterdam’s World Trade Centre, Cosmo brings a wealth of recruitment experience and industry knowledge.
Born in London and educated at Moscow State University, Cosmo furthered his education studying Japanese in Tokyo. He speaks five languages. Outside work he can be found either on his bike, in the gym, or being inspired by great conversation.
Rhian is a Performance Marketing Specialist at Boston Link. Before joining Boston Link Rhian specialised in Gen Z marketing for a wide range of clients. She joined us in July 2017.
When not in the office Rhian enjoys going to the gym and spending time in the sun.
Twizzle was born on the 25th of July and at 7 months old he has rapidly progressed through the company, which can mostly be accredited to his exceptional people skills and love of affection. He loves cuddles and looks for them from everyone he meets. He was recently appointed Director of Employee Happiness and is the youngest to ever reach this position.
Outside of the office, Twizzle likes to spend his time eating everything he can get his paws on!
