Our Client, an exciting new gaming company based in Barcelona and Buenos Aires, is currently looking to hire a highly motivated and talented Affiliate Manager to join their team.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of recruiting and managing new affiliates within key regions. This includes representing the organisation at industry events;
  • You will build proactive, positive and productive business relationships with affiliates based on clear performance targets and compensation schemes;
  • Responsibility for ensuring all affiliate material is up to date, and that affiliate websites are promoting the brand in an appropriate and compliant manner;
  • You will manage the resolution of affiliate related technical, commercial and operational issues as required;
  • Ownership of developing and implementing initiatives to improve affiliate performance and retention within the scope established by the Marketing team;
  • Responsibility for defining forecasts, budgets, and KPIs, as well as providing regular reports on affiliate performance across Sportsbook and Casino;
  • Responsibility for monitoring KPIs on a daily basis to make sure development is steady and positive;
  • You will work with the CRM and Marketing teams to create promotions and run effective marketing campaigns to optimise affiliate acquisition and retention.

The Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with managing online gaming affiliates;
  • Relevant academic degree or qualification, e.g. within Business or Digital Marketing;
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English, PLUS either Spanish or Portuguese;
  • Knowledge of global online affiliate models and/or online marketing payment models;
  • Knowledge of the South American online gaming market, products, and customers a plus;
    Experience with Affiliate Management Platforms, such as NetRefer or Income Access;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with an eye for detail;
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing an aggressive growth strategy and delivering results;
  • Strategic and commercial thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Highly motivated with the ability to manage;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders;
  • You bring passion and innovation.
