A thriving gaming company seeks an outstanding Affiliate Operations Manager to be responsible for liaising with our Client’s legal and audit team as well as the affiliate team to evaluate and set up current and new commercial agreements for affiliates’ bespoke long term or short term commission models. You will also liaise with the Compliance Team and the Head of Affiliates to coordinate and set up a foolproof process for UK compliance audits and monitoring.

Other Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining up to speed the Affiliate creatives for the casino and sportsbook brand of the organisation;
  • Tracking and creating all links and affiliate assets with our agency or internal design teams;
  • Coordinating and aligning together with the Product teams regarding the implementation and execution of bonuses for the affiliate department;
  • Coordinating and setting up affiliate conferences with the help of the Head of Affiliates;
  • Analysing the competitor landscape and utilising best practices to develop an optimised and highly competitive affiliate programme;
  • Be involved in the implementation, development and execution of marketing and operational processes for the affiliate department.

The ideal candidate will be on a 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work required. There will be a need for some UK travel as required, as well as work outside of standard 9-5 hours, to meet the needs of the business. This may include evening and weekend work at times, especially at affiliate conferences.

The Candidate

  • A strong grasp of digital and affiliate marketing with outstanding communication, leadership and analytical skills;
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and pressurised environments;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form good relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues;
  • Commercially astute demonstrating strong numeric and systematic & organisational skills;
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and pressurised environments;
  • Knowledge of creative assets tools;
  • Knowledge of UK compliance would be an asset.

Personal skills & Experience

  • Has ideally worked within the gaming sector and has experience in affiliate channels within a digital facing organisation;
  • Knowledge and a passion of the online sports and casino betting a significant plus;
  • Ambitious and motivated – able to work unsupervised to hit required targets;
  • Interest and experience in understanding the mechanics of Sportsbook and Casino bonuses.
