What you’ll do?
Working on a recently revamped brand, the Casino Monetisation Manager will develop and execute strategies that drive growth and maximise customer lifetime value. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate online casino expert to support our Client’s mission to deliver a revolutionary online casino experience.


  • Design, develop and manage all online casino monetisation strategies for Retention, Cross Selling, Churn Prevention, Up-Selling, and Reactivation;
  • Own, manage and execute the casino marketing calendar creating fun and engaging promotions to maximise revenue and other KPIs through channels such as email, SMS, Push Notifications, In Client and Live Chat;
  • Own the Casino and Live Casino pages for all devices and target markets;
  • Including lobby optimization, game placement, releases, and creatives;
  • Ensure the casino offering and marketing is as localized as possible in order to maximise profitability and effectiveness;
  • Identify, segment and target different customer groups through marketing promotions to increase engagement;
  • Full ownership of player incentives and rewards. Including control over bonus budget and spend, set up and monitoring;
  • Closely monitoring game performance, player behaviour and taking necessary steps to mitigate against potential abuse;
  • Work with various stakeholders in the business such as the Product, Business Intelligence, Design, and Content team to implement an attractive and efficient offering for casino customers;
  • Work alongside the Sports Monetisation manager to continuously optimise the automated user journeys and marketing campaigns through Optimove;
  • Manage relationships with relevant third-party suppliers and providers to enhance activity and develop the business further;
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst to ensure in-depth analysis on all casino in life activity to enable data-driven improvements and optimisation;
  • Reporting on all marketing activities surrounding casino performance to senior management.

The Candidate

  • At least 3 years of online gaming experience working in CRM, monetisation or casino management.
  • A successful history using tools such as email, sms, etc in order to effectively communicate marketing messages to segmented audiences
  • Experience working with marketing services and product teams
  • A highly analytical approach and very detail oriented
  • Active interest in competitor activity and key developments within the industry
  • A confident team player perfectly capable of communicating with stakeholders at all levels of business
  • Commercially focussed with experience of hitting financial targets
  • Knowledge of segmentation and modern targeting techniques
  • Strategic creative thinker with a proven ability to adapt, innovate and optimise
  • Fluency in English is a must
