This is a great opportunity for someone who is available immediately to fill the post of The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) within a leading financial services company. The ideal candidate will be reporting the company’s COO and will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the business.  Using an active and practical approach, as CTO, you will direct all employees in the IT department to attain the company’s goals established in the company’s strategic plan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development;
  • Review of existing software and creating new strategies from existing platforms to new platforms;
  • Execute and implement technical projects;
  • Provide leadership to the Technical Team;
  • Directs the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.

The Candidate

  • Banking experience beneficial but not essential
  •  Knowledge of Finance/Investment related software;
  •  Background knowledge in C#/.Net;
  • Cloud-based background useful, not essential;
  •  Team-player;
  •  Energetic, inspirational with a great IT Strategy.
