Would you wish to form part of a team who is responsible for ensuring a high level of compliance with internal policies, as well as regulatory standards and policies?

If you can picture yourself already doing all of this and you want a role that entails drafting and updating of compliance manuals, compliance plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with evolving regulations in terms of anti-money laundering and compliance requirements; then this role is for you!

You’ll help in Customer Due Diligence and make certain that AML procedures are enforced across the firm. You’ll ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures as well as assist in the preparation of reports related to Compliance. You will ensure to keep abreast of all new regulations and ensure compliance within all departments.

The Candidate

You have a degree in Banking and Finance or another relevant area, with at least 3 years’ experience in financial services institutions. You are analytical and have good time management skills, together with the ability to work independently. Fluency in both English and Maltese is a must.
