A leading independent fiduciary company is looking for a Corporate & Real Estate Fund Administrator to join their team in Jersey, Channel Islands. You will report to the Funds Manager and be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of a very complex portfolio of  real estate structures. You will liaise with clients and counterparts and should be confident in developing and building solutions which exceed their requirements, enabling long-term relationships to flourish.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to have current knowledge of the regulatory requirements which may affect the Company and be constantly vigilant that all issues pertaining to AML are adhered to. We are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified individual to champion this position.

Key Areas of Expertise for the Corporate & Real Estate Fund Administrator:

  • Ensure that all administration and client services issues are managed in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures;
  • Prepare for and regularly attend meetings with Clients and/or their advisers;
  • Ensure correspondence with clients and/or their advisers is managed in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Reporting methods pertaining to Client activities is prepared accurately and within agreed time frames;
  • Maintain relevant records for Client management affairs;
  • Undertake client investment transactions, lending arrangements, payments and investor subscriptions and redemptions;
  • Liaise with Corporate Secretarial team to ensure full maintenance of statutory records;
  •  Prepare and submit regulatory notices;
  • Undertake KYC and Due Diligence checks on all customers;
  • Ensure an accurate log and bookeeping of all Client transactions is maintained by responsible person;
  • Identify any risks and report accordingly;
  • Stay abreast of current developments within the offshore fund environment;
  • Ensure all time recording entries are correctly charged to the correct Client account.

The Candidate

  • Suitably qualified;
  • Previous experience gained within a similar role;
  • Has sound knowledge of off shore regulations.
