The role of the Corporate Services Officer involves assisting the Relationship Manager in the delivery of client services related to the establishment and operation of structures for client yachts and ancillary assets.


  • The efficiency of the delivery of client services to owners and intermediaries;
  • Delivery of client services as per client agreement;
  • New revenue from existing clients for the business (corporate and crew services);
  • Risk and regulatory compliance on all work undertaken;
  • Managing own productivity;
  • Daily and ongoing administration of client structures;
  • Company Secretarial administration on Client structures;
  • Meeting regulatory deadlines for structures including tax, company returns, and all filing;
  • Data integrity in systems;
  • Yacht registration.

The Candidate

  • A professional qualification or formal training in a relevant area of study;
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
