Our Client, a well-established Lottery betting and online gaming company based on the Isle of Man, is seeking to recruit a motivated and highly-organised CRM Automation Manager to join their team. You will be a self-starter, managing the full suite of Automated CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will be technical and data-minded with excellent attention to detail and ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute a plan with regards to all Automated CRM targeting existing customers at various lifecycle stages. Requirements include: Journey creation from conception to delivery; Multi-channel message delivery (including email, SMS, Push, web push, onsite and in-app); Cross-sell and upsell; and Campaign optimisation;
  • Daily monitoring of automated journals and reporting such information or any problems from internal reports to management;
  • Committed to continual campaign improvement due to ongoing AB Testing;
  • Work in conjunction with various acquisition teams to ensure campaign alignment;
  • Liaise closely with in-house designers to develop a range of visual assets;
  • Coordinate proofreading, editing, updating and translation of content;
  • Support the suite of Offers relevant to the Automated campaigns;
  • Undertake ongoing creative reviews to maintain consistent and accurate communication;
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the market to inform future approaches;
  • Work with the compliance team to ensure content meets regulatory requirements;
  • Liaise with Member Support to resolve customer queries and complaints, where required.

The Candidate

  • Minimum one year’s experience in a similar Marketing or CRM role within an online environment;
  • A natural flair for data sets and an exceptional level of understanding of customer segmentation and data selection;
  • A firm understanding of the principles of effective segmentation;
  • Experience in managing automated campaigns;
  • Strong team player with the ability to produce tangible results;
  • A creative thinker, putting new ideas into action;
  • The ability to think on your feet while managing multiple work streams and varied requests;
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline;
  • A knowledge of, and passion for, the e-gaming industry;
  • An understanding of gambling legislation;
  • Experience of core CRM tools such as Adobe, Salesforce, Pardot etc;
  • Campaign Management tool experience;
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics, tracking links, and related software.
