We have been asked to source a sensational CRM Manager for an innovative new gaming company in Malta. As a CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of a player marketing strategy that focuses on the on-boarding, retention, and reactivation of our Client’s players.
Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for running a player marketing function that is multi-lingual and multi-brand. The Head of CRM will be an expert in CRM planning and execution, data-driven, always have the player at the heart of all that they do whilst maintaining a strategic, ‘big picture’ view on things and be passionate about achieving excellence and developing talent within their team.
