We have been asked to source a sensational CRM Manager for an innovative new gaming company in Malta. As a CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of a player marketing strategy that focuses on the on-boarding, retention, and reactivation of our Client’s players.

Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for running a player marketing function that is multi-lingual and multi-brand. The Head of CRM will be an expert in CRM planning and execution, data-driven, always have the player at the heart of all that they do whilst maintaining a strategic, ‘big picture’ view on things and be passionate about achieving excellence and developing talent within their team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with key product & marketing stakeholders to develop and execute a player marketing strategy for individual B2C brands with the Group;
  • Plan and execute innovative CRM for Sportsbook, Casino, Live Casino & Fantasy verticals;
  • Direct and lead the implementation of CRM campaigns, including costs, schedules, forecasting, trending, and analysis. Ensuring CRM campaigns are attractive and cost-effective;
  • Working with the Marketing team to create new marketing concepts and promotion ideas, detailing the background and rationale behind new ideas and pitching these concepts to CRM and product teams;
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance, reporting on the effectiveness of CRM activities to the CMO and other stakeholders;
  • Build and lead a data-driven CRM team aligned to the B2C brands;
  • Work closely with Brand Managers and Head of Campaigns & Player Acquisition to ensure an end-to-end campaign lifecycle;
  • Inform and influence the whole organisation by providing feedback and analysis of campaigns and the resulting players’ insights;
  • Work closely with Brand Managers to improve KPIs and be proactive in helping them grow their brand;
  • Work with the Head of Customer Service to understand the full player experience and help create a product, messaging or process changes to anticipate and solve common player issues;
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvement and new features based on competitor evaluation, player feedback, and own insights;
  • Drive efficiency across all aspects of the CRM function, including cross skilling of team members, continued improvement in the use of technology, how we execute on multi-territory and multi-brand;
  • Managing key stakeholders – Internally; Management at both Brand and Group level, Marketing, Technology, Sportsbook & Product Verticals. Externally; 3rd party suppliers/vendors;
  • Ensure we remain at the forefront of retention innovation, understanding of going-on outside of the industry and be able to utilise for Group growth;
  • Training & Staff development: As your team grows, identify high performers and work with them to achieve their goals. Identify underperformers and work on PD plans to get them back on track and maximise their abilities;
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the best possible experience for the players;
  • Be accountable for fostering a culture of respect, learning, and maintaining high-standards.

The Candidate

  • An existing manager in a CRM, Player Marketing position;
  • Experience of multi-brand, driving efficiency and delivering a best in class player experience;
  • English and one other European language.
