Are you a native Danish speaker? Are you passionate about communication? Do you have an investigative and creative approach to your work?

As a Customer Support Agent, with a genuine passion for games, you will be communicating with players to guide them by using chat & email to provide assistance and advice in an easy-going style.

You will be part of the CS Team who is our Client’s communication hub; listening to players and acting as their voice to the business. Your team consists of experienced, like-minded team-members with the right approach, willingness to learn and develop.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for navigating our players by providing industry-leading support. This is a little taste of what that means:

  • Providing assistance and advice to players through live chat and email (no phone support);
  • Liaise with other cross-functional teams such as – Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments, Loyalty;
  • Contribute fresh new ideas, giving constructive feedback to keep improving how we work and exercising your creativity;

In a nutshell, you are imaginative, a bit quirky, have great people skills and ooze positive energy. As a CS Agent, this also means you are:

  • Native in Danish language skills;
  • Curious about gaming;
  • Quick on the keys with an optimistic-mindset.
