As Danish Team Leader you will liaise with the top management of a leading credit institution in Malta to ensure their brand is successfully rolled out in Denmark. This is a new venture in a new territory for them so your local and business development skills will be put to the test in order to reach set targets.

You should posses excellent communication skills in both Danish and English and have a proven track record in sales. It is imperative that you have previous experience in a similar role and a determination to excel.

The Danish Team Leader role:

  • Assisting the management team to procure new business;
  • Support with Danish content and translations;
  • Be active in acquiring new sales by executing appointed strategies and instructions;
  • Adhering to the team’s sales targets and deadlines;
  • Collaborate with the Sales team members to constantly improve process efficiency and overall results;
  • Customer on-boarding and verification of documents as per the Company’s Policies and Operational Procedures;
  • Have a complete and thorough understanding of the Company’s products to ensure you can relay accurate information to customers;
  • Politely respond to any customer queries via email, SMS and phone in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide an excellent customer experience;
  • Work closely with other departments, especially Payments and Collections, in order to ensure transparent and efficient interaction;
  • Ensure adherence to the Company’s Code of Ethics and related policies.

The Candidate

  • Solid level of education;
  • Fluent (Native) Danish;
  • Excellent command of English language;
  • Previous experience within a customer service role;
  • Proven sales and leadership track record.
