A leading business jet operator is hiring a Director of Charter Sales for its growing Business Jet fleet based in Germany.  Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the sales team;
  • Coordinating sales activities;
  • Setting and implementing the sales strategy;
  • Establishing reporting- and management tools;
  • Setting up an international sales organisation;
  • Growing the direct sales channel;
  • Communication with brokers and direct customers;
  • Organising trade shows and sales events;
  • Close collaboration with the MD.

The Candidate

  • Leadership experience;
  • Outstanding track record as a salesperson;
  • Deep knowledge of business aviation;
  • Good understanding of operator processes;
  • Established network in the aviation and broker industry;
  • Good German speaking skills, & fluency in English;
  • Ability to cope with stress;
  • Excellent soft skills.
