Our Client is based in Malta, looking for a highly analytical and motivated Gaming Affiliate Manager to join manage their Gaming Affiliate Partnership program specific to both UK and international regions.

The primary responsibility is to meet the agreed commercial and campaign demands of the organisation’s brands. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the role will have responsibility for improving the efficiency of Gaming offering, making the Affiliate program more digitally focused and ensuring we are delivering effective campaigns for brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage affiliate revenue and customer forecasts and goals, contributing to budgets for International regions;
  • Obtaining new partnerships and also looking to explore new less traditional approaches to customer acquisition;
  • Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships, define a strategy for affiliate networks and PPC affiliate partners moving forward;
  • Stakeholder management to ensure a relationship with key stakeholders is managed effectively;
  • Managing direct reports effectively to ensure that all key elements of the team are being covered;
  • Responsible for delivering acquisition targets for brands, planning appropriate strategies to ensure that the company is making the best use of  shared stakeholders and are dividing exposure/coverage between the brands equally;
  • Liaise with other members of the partnership team to maximise ROI by defining an agreed plan of how the company can reward partners for specific promotional activity;
  • Increase the digital focus of the team by testing how they can increase the effectiveness of the digital assets;
  • Keep track of the competitive landscape to constantly recognise new marketing opportunities.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a campaign management capacity in Internet Advertising and Marketing, Consumer E-commerce, and/or Direct Response Marketing with a focus on Online. He/she will have a proven track of managing Casino and Gaming affiliates ideally within the Gambling Sector.

The role would require having a solid knowledge of ad-serving, tracking systems, and Affiliate software whilst being committed to establishing oneself as the top talent in the field of Response Marketing as well as pursuing the development of own knowledge base and skill set through constant learning.

Strong communication skills and being able to communicate effectively with all levels within the business would be considered an asset, also having the ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task well under pressure. Having a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Excel is required.
