Due to increased growth our client, an online casino servicing company, is looking for a highly motivated and energetic German Customer Support Executive to join their team in Malta to act as a first point of contact between customers and our respective brands. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, an enthusiastic team player with a natural obsession for customer service, who will compliment their dedicated team of Customer Support Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat in a professional and responsible manner;
  • Ensuring the highest level of support is delivered to customers per agreed standards;
  • Aiming to resolve all issues at first point of contact;
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries in a prompt manner;
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback;
  • Undertake any other administrative duties that will directly improve customer experience and add further value to the team and the company;
  • Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job.

The Candidate

  • Native fluency in the German language and strong command of the English language;
  • An obsession with customer experience and demonstrating the written and verbal communication skills necessary to support clients;
  • A team player with a flexible approach to collaborate with colleagues;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude;
  • Ability to take direction and feedback constructively;
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even when under minimum supervision;
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be considered an asset.
