A very interesting opportunity for a German Senior Sales Manager has arisen with one of our clients, a leading affiliate marketing company in Malta. As the Senior Sales Manager you will support the Head of the company by driving global sales and revenue to reach pre-defined targets set by the business, and will take full ownership of opportunities and projects that need to be driven by the sales team. As a senior member of the team, the Senior Sales Manager is also expected to assist the Head of Business with on-boarding, training and development of team members.

As the German Senior Sales Manager you will act as the operational lead in the Sales department. You will ensure management of high-value affiliate accounts linked to affiliate channels and for building outstanding relationships with commercial partners.

If you have documented sales success within the iGaming industry, either working for an Affiliate Company or for an iGaming Operator and have great German communication skills, this is a perfect role for you.

Your Challenge:

  • Take responsibility of all global operator communications;
  • Ensure continuous deal optimisations relating to CPA, Hybrid and revenue share deals to ensure sales and revenue targets for the business are reached;
  • Optimise the conversion on our website portfolio and on the brands landing pages;
  • Create additional revenue by defining and selling media and exposure packages;
  • Interact with other departments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain the sales related content on our websites;
  • In-depth reporting, data quality assurance and analysing data;
  • Assure on-time commission payments by the operators;
  • Take operational day to day lead in the team;
  • Assist the Head of Sales with on-boarding, training and development of team members;
  • Take ownership of pre-defined sales opportunities and projects;
  • Deputise for the Head of Sales when needed.

The Candidate

  • At least two years of relevant professional experience;
  • Accustomed to working with KPIs and ambitious targets;
  • Leadership experience;
  • German spoken and written fluency would be considered an asset;
  • English spoken and written (business proficiency);
  • Entrepreneurial creative business skills;
  • Global business thinking;
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated with a high level of ambition;
  • Ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing;
  • High analytical skills with an interest in details;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive applications;
  • High social skills for working in teams and with operators;
  • Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
