As Head of Marketing, you will be accountable for marketing strategy and innovative leadership for all brands driving marketing impact within the iGaming Group. You will also be accountable for maximising ROI targets achieved across all campaign marketing channels, including integrated marketing campaigning, partnerships, and multichannel initiatives.

The right candidate will be accountable for the planning and implementation of the Marketing strategy for the iGaming Group, including all functional responsibilities of integrated marketing campaigns, content marketing, digital, social, PR, offline, multi-channel campaigns, campaign planning and exhibitions, events, sponsorships/partnerships, including full accountability for budget planning, purchasing media, post-campaign analysis and on-going optimization to achieve brand and wider marketing obligations.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO, COO and Head of Sales to revamp the overall marketing strategy and vision. You will then take this vision and develop a data-driven set of marketing campaigns to generate quality leads across a variety of digital channels.
  • Represent the brand(s) in all interactions and ensure brand consistency across different GEOs and marketing channels.
  • Responsible for driving strategic recommendation, by monitoring and benchmarking competitor campaigns and managing the media and publication plans from multiple 3rd party agencies.
  • Devise a digital marketing strategy which focuses on acquiring, converting and retaining customers through their lifecycle on iGaming Group’s products.
  • Define the brand strategy, including positioning strategy, multi-geo strategy, competitor analysis, and geographical expansion
  • Help to define branding and positioning; be the brand guardian, to ensure strong and consistent messaging across all channels and marketing efforts (including but not limited to event marketing, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material);
  • Lead your team to deliver a marketing plan which is focused on driving revenue and digital content sales through a mix of advertising, CRM, social and promotions.
  • Develop the approach, implementation, and measurement for the business’s above the line, digital advertising and SEO strategies with the relevant agencies and internal parties.
  • Direct and manage the CRM and social teams to deliver activity which meets the objectives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, reviewing spend every month against targets as well as monitoring the return on investment of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvement and new features based on competitor evaluation, customer feedback, and own insights.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to optimise an integrated conversion strategy.
  • Lead the team that manages marketing coordination and planning – plus develop the relationship with other internal departments as well as 3rd party agencies
  • Lead the team that manages all content marketing, SEO and PR for the iGaming Groups digital channels
  • Lead the team that manages all product marketing to our multi-channel base in direct partnership with our sales and account management teams.
  • Lead all strategic delivery of iGaming Group’s sponsorship and partnerships
  • Responsible for presenting the marketing plans to key senior management for the brands on a quarterly and periodic basis.
  • Responsible for cost control across all marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the team that manages creative design requests and delivery for marketing campaigns within the team.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the wider marketing departments within the iGaming Group to communicate, plan and execute integrated cross channel campaigns to achieve the brand multichannel target.
  • Define the objectives and individual KPIs to be delivered by the Marketing team
  • Pursue, establish and manage relationships with 3rd party marketing partners
  • Monitor and optimise conversation rates, churn rates and player values in relation to marketing activities.
  • Analyse marketing programs, adjust strategy and tactics, to increase effectiveness (improved ROI) to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Lead the team that constructs post-event reports, provide analysis, prepare regular status and performance reports on marketing activities
  • Develop CRM initiatives, define regular communication schedules, identify all customer touchpoints to ensure the right actions and communications are implemented at each stage, manage conversions throughout the customer journey, and drive the exploration and execution of new display channels/campaigns for lead generation in target markets;
  • Identify skills and resource gaps with a view to building a strong, multi-disciplined team;
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets;
  • Set, monitor and report on marketing goals and objectives, with a focus on delivering ROI.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in Product marketing;
  • Branding experience including creating a brand concept, concept development into branding guidelines, planning of creative briefs for all brand materials (visual and content);
  • Analytical and out of the box creative thinker;
  • Experience in building and running marketing programs including the creation of marketing and sales presentations, conferences, writing for the professional press, market & competitive analysis;
  • Great presentation skills, creative, innovative, motivated, dynamic and results-oriented, proactive.
