You strive to make your customer journey the smoothest possible and believe that great interactions along the way make this possible. We are looking for a Head of User Experience to ensure our client’s customers are satisfied, engaged and most of all happy. You should know and appreciate the value that great interaction brings to the table and ensure your team provide best customer service in the market as we all know that happy customers mean enhanced conversion.

The company is a huge name and at the top of it’s game. They provide amazing products that engage and captivate their audience and it’s your role to make them want to come back for more. The role will be based in their stylish offices in Malta. We ask that you’ve had at least 2 years experience, preferably within the iGaming industry.

Head of User Experience role:

  • Conversion rate optimisation;
  • Be proactive in finding ways to improving customer experience;
  • Own and drive CX improvement of all B2C products with Design/UI & Product;
  • Find and solve gaps in the user journey and communicate to the team for remediation;
  • Drive and facilitate testing across all user-facing B2C products;
  • Provide better understanding of your customer behaviour through user research tools.

The Candidate

  • 2 years previous experience;
  • A proven track record in a managerial position;
  • A team builder with excellent personable skills;
  • A believer in continuous improvement;
  • Able to communicate with people from all walks of life.
