We’re looking for a German-speaking Junior CRM Specialist to join our Client’s Digital Marketing team headquartered in Malta. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs in support of company and business unit objectives. Additionally, you will maintain a current understanding of email marketing best practices and apply them to the execution of our email campaigns.

Your challenge:

  • Create and manage CRM campaigns;
  • Take responsibility for activation, re-activation, and retention synchronise data between different systems;
  • Customer communication, such as email correspondence and PM via facebook messenger and Whats App;
  • Moderation of social campaigns;
  • Monitor and optimise existing customer journeys;
  • Monitor commercial performance;
  • Coordinate team of freelancers;
  • Create and maintain links;
  • Test new customer and bonus journey with new and existing partners.

The Candidate

  • Native German language skills;
  • Passionate about sports;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an iGaming marketing setting preferred;
  • Understands direct marketing concepts;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Quick-learner;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and;
  • A can-do and positive attitude;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proactive, energetic personality; inquiring, investigative mind;
  • iGaming experience preferred;
  • Flexible hours may be required from time to time with this role.
