Our client, a financial institution offering the most innovative services, is currently looking for a Junior  Reconciliation Officer . You will be joining the Ceevo Operations team. The key responsibility for this position would be to safeguard our Client’s customer funds by maintaining reconciliations up to date. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to evolve in a dynamic environment, taking initiative on day-to-day finance operations and reconciliation processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily Settlements reconciliations and settlement processing;
• Investigate and address in a timely manner any financial operational queries and issues related to the Operational Finance function coming from merchants, business partners and International Schemes;
• Where needed, challenge and work towards the improvement of the Company’s operational internal procedures, policies, operations, management controls and reporting;
• Weekly liaison with the Finance Department to keep them appraised of status/progress/issues, etc.

The Candidate

  • Knowledge of Reconciliation CC Schemes, SEPA/BACS, ACH;
  • Knowledge – how to create settlement notes (using templates);
  • Technical Knowledge – set up SQL Database queries.
