Working as a Live Casino Coordinator, you will report to the Live Casino Manager within the Gaming Department and take the dedicated studio and live tables experience to a completely new level.

You will be responsible for assisting the Live Casino Manager with day to day tasks and improving the player experience, by coordinating with the team of dedicated game presenters and cultivate relationships through regular communications with 3rd party supplier team managers.

Your Duties will be:

  • Regular communication with 3rdparty supplier team leaders on dealer performance, promotional briefs and driving improvements within the external teams;
  • Assist LCM and marketing team with campaign planning and fulfillment;
  • Conducting training sessions to instill our brand values within the team of dedicated dealers in the Live Casino studios and ensure brand awareness, promotional and product knowledge;
  • Raising promotion awareness over in-game chat;
  • Actively learn about current brand and UI developments and assist shift leaders when required;
  • Work with 3rd party Team Managers and Promotions team;
  • Conduct analysis and report back to LCM on competitor trends, promotions, generic tables, new concepts, and innovations;
  • Prepare reports to meet internal deadlines for the Live Casino Manager;
  • Assist LCM with driving studio improvements;
  • Updating and uploading digital assets within the studio and organise studio decorations;
  • Assist LCM with expansions and/or new concept tables if required;
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a Game Presenter incentive program;
  • Assist in organising photo shoots and filming within the dedicated environments when required;
  • Represent the company and brand externally.

The Candidate

  • Experienced in the Live Casino Product;
  • Excellent English skills both spoken and written;
  • In-depth knowledge of Live Casino product;
  • Deep understanding of Live Casino player behaviour;
  • Passion for the Live Casino games and environments;
  • Ability to come up with ideas, suggestions, and improvements and follow these through to implementation;
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Driven, Enthusiastic team player.
