Our Client is looking for a Manager to supervise and develop a team of administrators to ensure the provision of a professional and first class service to team clients. To maintain and develop relationships with team clients and to promote the positive image of the Company through the professional application of services and knowledge. To be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of complex and crown jewel clients in line with the defined business activities. All tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with the Company’s procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent levels of client service in line with the Company’s standards, procedures and guidelines;
  • Learning and people management;
  • Maintain and update client documentation accurately;
  • Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives;
  • To act at all times in accordance with the Company’s values.

The Candidate

  • Table 4 qualifications, such as (but not limited to) ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma, any other Table 4 qualification;
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant industry administration experience;
  • Experience in developing and coaching others on a one-to-one basis;
  • Experience of administering portfolios for UHNW private/family office clients and understanding their needs;
  • Experience in a supervisory role;
  • Experience in dealing with clients with a UK nexus with structures administered in line with tax planning advice;
  • Familiarity with online board pack programs;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the local finance industry, legalisation and regulatory requirements;
  • Knowledge and understanding of other key offshore centres’ finance industry, legalisation and regulatory requirements;
  • Familiarity with private trust company structures;
  • Familiarity with European SPVs;
  • Good understanding of client financial statements;
  • People management theory and practical application.
