This is a great opportunity to join a well-known global Casino operator as Online Media Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful creation, delivery, measurement and optimisation of all PPC, online media, social display and streamed video advertising across mobile and web platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop short and a long-term online media strategy to deliver better ROI from all channel campaign spends. A greater volume of higher value bettors at a lower CPA with a larger LTV is the ultimate goal of this job
  • Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Manage the brief, strategy, budget, delivery and evaluation of our online media agency
  • Oversee the regular reporting (weekly, monthly period etc) of all digital media spends and attribute ever improving ROI to channels and campaigns accordingly in order to constantly reduce CPAs and optimise the spends.
  • Constantly collaborate with SEO, social, content, operations, design and multi-channel teams to ensure best practice integrated campaigns are launched in the right way at the right time
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Build new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Provide insight and best-practice recommendations as part of online business development

You will also be managing the testing roadmap in order to continuously improve the commercial performance of the digital media channels as well as engaging with digital agencies and internal stakeholders on a regular basis, providing effective performance reports for each audience as required to improve our delivery moving forward. Keeping up to date with the latest digital media trends and regulations to remain compliant at all times within Malta regulatory and UK advertising codes is a must.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous digital media experience across PPC, Display & Social Display channels. You will possess gambling and sports betting knowledge and experience would be of a significant benefit.

Other personal skills and experience:

  • Demonstrates creativity and commercial results through astute digital media strategy, campaign planning, delivery, evaluation & optimisation;
  • Experience in creating, sourcing and optimising sports, betting and casino online media campaigns a significant benefit;
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side;
  • The digital media knowledge leader – Ability to effectively communicate information and educate all levels of the business;
  • Is an enthusiastic team player with the confidence to lead the highest cost marketing channels the company will employ;
  • An eye for detail, being analytical for optimisation and reporting purposes;
  • Ambitious and motivated – able to work unsupervised to hit required targets;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form good relationships with key partners and colleagues;
  • Strong attention to detail and proof reading capabilities.
