We are looking for a property lawyer to join a top offshore international law firm in Jersey, Channel Islands. As one of the largest specialist property law teams in the Channel Islands, the team advise on all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions in Jersey and Guernsey. Clients rely on the team to provide expert advice and because, working closely with our property litigation team, they offer a full real estate service.
The key purpose of this role is to support the commercial property sector, advising landlords, tenants, developers, lenders and property vendors, investors and purchasers on all aspects of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases and leases, preliminary agreements of lease, financing, building contracts, development agreements, appointments, collateral warranties and construction documents.
