The Role

As Responsible Gaming and KYC Manager, you are in charge of all brands and markets within the Group. You are responsible to ensure that the company is operating with responsible gaming at top of mind and that responsible gaming is integrated into the daily operations across all departments. Together with the product owners and compliance team, you need to ensure that our Responsible Gaming Tool Kit, as well as KYC solution, is compliant with all relevant regulations across all markets.

You are also responsible for policies and procedures as well as projects on Responsible Gaming and KYC to improve KPIs and/or meet regulatory requirements. Within new markets, you are, together with the product owners and compliance team responsible to ensure they meet regulatory requirements both operationally and technically. You need to oversee development and ensure that our website meets the set requirements across all platforms and brands and put in place regular testing and assessment of the product. With the customer in focus, you should work side by side with the product owners to ensure their products are customer friendly. They should be easy to use and automated when possible.

You should aim to reduce manual work done by the operational team for both areas (RG and KYC) and look to have a slim and efficient organization. Your goal should be to create a seamless RG and KYC product-operational solution enabling the customer to stay entertained with their brands. In addition to the above, you are responsible to manage the Responsible Gaming & KYC team to ensure we meet KPIs on both Responsible Gaming and KYC tasks.

You are also responsible to conduct responsible gaming training to all staff.

 

The Candidate

  • A minimum of 2 years working with Responsible Gaming;
  • Previous team management and leadership experience;
  • Experience working with compliance matters is a plus;
  • Interest in Responsible Gaming and player behaviour;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven ability to motivate and encourage people;
  • Ability to write reports, hold presentations, keep records and work within a budget;
  • Clear thinking, planning and problem solving;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Malta office (travel to Stockholm on shorter trips will be required).
