Our Client would like to support its growing operations and is looking for a Safety and Compliance Manager to be based in the Malta office.

Managing the day-to-day Safety Management System, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating the risk management processes including but not limited to hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation;
  • Developing and maintaining the regulatory audit program for the different AOC;
  • Producing periodic reports on safety performance and maintaining safety documentation;
  • Developing relationships with local authorities;
  • Assisting Flight Crew, Departmental Managers and other staff on safety and compliance matters.

The Candidate

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Training or educational qualifications under EASA-OPS requirements;
  • Proven people and leadership skills;
  • Proficiency in IT and Web-based systems and Windows.
  • Permission to work in the EU;
  • The selected candidate would need to be approved by the relevant authorities in order to successfully perform this position.
