As Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be working directly under the Head of Affiliates and actually acting as the right hand of this person, you will build and maintain solid relations with affiliates and other marketing partners, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to maximise their campaigns.

We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

  • Manage, as part of a team, the company’s award-winning affiliate program and platform;
  • Research, source, evaluate, on board and approve new affiliates and partners to the program;
  • Monitor, carry out analysis and report on results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports, suggesting courses of action to correct any metrics required;
  • Manage affiliate reactivation and also liaise with CRM Managers to target inactive players through specific affiliate campaigns and promotions;
  • Handle day to day communications with affiliates;
  • Create and sustain accurate and relevant affiliation reports to ensure efficient internal communication regarding the performance of the affiliate program;
  • Carry out regular and extensive competitor analysis;
  • Plan presence and participation at industry events, following through with post-event reports and feedback to internal stakeholders.

The Candidate

  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Affiliates;
  • Team player & quick learner;
  • Effective interpersonal skills (good rapport building);
  • Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment;
  • Previous knowledge of affiliate market, type of deals, calculations and player values;
  • As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you are expected to have existing active relationships;
  • Be able to support, teach and lead team members;
  • Initiate, setup, run and follow up individual campaigns.
