The Senior Retail Business Analyst’s main responsibility will be to conduct market analyses, analysing both product & offer and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, he/she must develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

  • Provide analytical support to maximise product performance, conducting financial analysis, analysing sales reports, evaluating retail performance, and making recommendations;
  • Create a detailed business analysis;
  • Perform financial and operational modeling;
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats;
  • Examine Retail business trend and run impact analysis;
  • Use a statistical methodology to complex data;
  • Review, analyse and improve the commission scheme and models;
  • Create new models that support sound business decisions;
  • Work on and improve internal and external reporting;
  • Provide financial insights that help the decision-making process, and align allocation within the business budget;
  • Conduct analyses such as cost analysis, and customer behaviour, etc;
  • Review, analyse and evaluate Retail business systems and define user and partner needs;
  • Support in managing all Retail projects, maximising resources, creating tracking reports, liaising with various departments, optimising pricing strategies, and conducting planning;
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research;
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports;
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Performance Analyst within a professional organisation;
  • Previous experience in Risk Management and Compliance;
  • Experience in a similar role in iGaming and/or in Sports Betting;
  • High level of computer literacy with MS Office packages ;
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work efficiently, effectively and productively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail;
  • Proven capability as a problem solver with an ability to work individually or as part of a team.
