An exceptional e-gaming software provider in Europe has an opening for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to be based in either Gibraltar or Malta, where you will be responsible to continually sales strategies in terms of assessing new markets and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business through the agreed methods of utilising existing industry contacts, researching new markets, creating a dialogue with potential operators and cross-jurisdictional stakeholders in the gaming industry such as individual network, trade fairs, and contacts within other software suppliers;
  • Prioritise and engage prospects at a senior level, taking ownership of commercial negotiations and delivering results in line with the core strategic vision;
  • Strengthen existing relationships;
  • Qualify leads based upon experience and for start-up businesses, review funding, USP and approach to marketing;
  • Represent the Company and its products/services;
  • Analyse market intelligence and review business development;
  • Ensure equilibrium between internal resource allocation and potential revenue generation;
  • Manage the sales cycle from negotiation to product launch, generating non-dilutive revenue for the Company and ensuring an effective handover of the client to internal stakeholders;
  • Negotiate and close deals;
  • Direct management of at least one sales/Country Manager report.

The Candidate

  • 5+ years’ experience within a competitive sales role, preferably within IT, CSP or Gaming environment;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting commercial relationships with customers;
  • Ability to achieve successful results through strong sales skills;
  • Ability to identify and exploit new sales potential;
  • An existing wide network of contacts within the industry at a senior level;
  • Technical awareness of legal requirements;
  • Demonstrate personal commitment and be a contributing\positive influence on the team;
  • Adhere to the teams’ expectations, guidelines and conduct;
  • Be open to ideas, listen to others and objectively consider others’ ideas and opinions even when they may conflict with your own;
  • Seek innovative ways to improve the team and the performance of the business unit.
