Are you interested in the design and execution of customised BI dashboards, analytics, and attribution strategies as well as creating training and deployment processes that scale globally?

As a Senior Specialist in BI & Analytics, you will help measure and optimise with confidence in our Client’s media performance, CRO activities, and SEO strategies. This includes the assessment of current data streams and analytics tools installed across a large website network, review of user-level data stratification and consolidation of measurement best practices.

You will implement various attribution model strategies across multiple properties, to enable personalisation, user segmentations, and revenue attributions. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing live data dashboards and weekly KPIs report automation.

Your Main Responsibilities include:

  • Answering business questions using data, and providing fact-based responses;
  • Supporting the business’ understanding of digital KPIs and user behaviors;
  • Designing and implementing complex tagging strategies across a large network of websites to enable personalisation, persona profiles identification, and advanced A/B testing;
  • Hands-on implementation of analytics accounts including properties, user management, dashboards, views, filters, segments, and reporting;
  • Plan, design and implement data analytics across a portfolio of digital channels and platforms into Google Analytics and other tools;
  • Documentation of detailed tracking requirements to measure with confidence company goals (e.g. online revenue by country, user type, conversion rates, etc.);
  • Recommendations for improved tracking capabilities and infrastructure
    Architect client-side “source of truth” such as a Site Analytics and Marketing Intelligence platform or dashboard;
  • Establish a standard process for the digital properties to set up, maintain and track data for reach, engagement, performance, and other behaviour metrics;
  • Translate business requirements from the digital marketing team into modeling and analytical specifications;
  • Support the A/B experiments and personalisation strategies ensuring data are correct and statistically significant.

The Candidate

You will have 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clicky, PowerBI, and Data Studio. You are passionate about tag architecture analysis and using tagging platform(s). You’ll have familiarity with analytics and visualisation platforms such as Adobe Omniture, Marketo, Segment, Data Studio, Target, Monetate, Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer, Google Optimize, Tableau.

We are looking for someone who is able to read/write basic HTML/HTML5 /CSS/JavaScript, other front-end languages (Python, NodeJS, PHP, etc.), and ability to query large databases (SQL) as well as use tools such as Analytics, Workspace, Ad Hoc Analysis, Report Builder, Data Warehouse, and Target. Experience reading the API documentation and understanding the technical requirements for implementation with other platforms is a must.

  • Excellent analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver actionable insights;
  • Ability to explain architecture proposals to non-technical audiences and communicate the business value of suggested ideas & plans;
