Our Client, a performance marketing company, is seeking to recruit a talented SEO Manager who will be responsible for leading the SEO team. Your mission will be to ensure that the best practices are met with respect to on-page optimisation, outreach, and technical SEO. You will be working closely with other departments to ensure that Content, Design, Product, and Development are meeting best SEO practices and standards.  Additionally, he/she will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the team and reporting of the organic search performance of the campaigns.


  • Execute and improve the company’s on-page/off-page optimisation and SEO -related technical requirements;
  • Recruit new members as seen fit by the company;
  • Conduct regular keyword research, as well as technical and content audits and competitor analysis to discover new niche opportunities;
  • Advise and help increase the knowledge of SEO within the team and the rest of the organisation by preparing and presenting SEO best practices and core KPIs;
  • Day-to-day management of SEO Campaigns;
  • Setup link building campaigns ensuring a diversified link profile in accordance with the company’s strategies;
  • Analyse, track and draft reports on overall natural search performance and initiatives;
  • Measure and document processes and progress across SEO web properties;
  • Improve technical SEO where necessary and co-ordinate with developers to implement best practices;
  • Perform regular SEO analysis and audits, present recommendations for optimisation of content and architecture, and implement in cooperation other departments;
  • Work side by side with co-workers and external partners to ensure SEO best practices are met
  • Keep best practice guidelines updated for colleagues including content managers, web developers and graphic department;
  • Liaise with the Value Management Team in order improve communication and collaboration between teams with the goal of adding value to the company.

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and iGaming industry;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience as a manager highly desired;
  • Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems;
  • High proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, LinkResearchTools, Botify, SEOclarity, and Screaming Frog;
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS;
  • Committed to continuous improvement to keep up with the fast-paced nature of SEO.
