Our Client is seeking to recruit a determined and hardworking individual to join their growing team as a Spanish Affiliate Manager.

• Building, coaching and leading a team of Media Buyers;
• Managing the advertising monthly budget;
• Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
• Reporting to top management;
• Attending strategy meetings and brainstorming on media buying initiatives and suggestions;
• Training and supervising media department employees, according to very precise KPI’s;
• Developing the media strategy of the department, while using a very wide variety of channels (display, email marketing, mobile, native, etc…);
• Coordinating the launch of media campaigns with marketing, communications, and sales departments;
• Negotiating rates with media sales companies to obtain the most competitive prices;
• Monitoring and optimising effectiveness of campaigns;
• Building relationships with media sales companies.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Fluent in Spanish and have a high level of English, both written and spoken
  • Experienced in Sales
  • Excellent in negotiating and analysing
