Our client is looking for a driven, ambitious Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team in Tallinn, Estonia. The right candidate will be providing a high-level, safe, and professional customer service experience to the company’s customers via email and live chat.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Following customer service guidelines and routines in a timely and professional manner;
  • Improving customers’ experience by providing them with personalised offers and incentives;
  • Reporting technical and operational problems to the corresponding departments and suppliers;
  • Reporting any suspicious behaviour according to procedures;
  • Communication of promotional and marketing materials;
  • Utmost attention to responsible gambling and player protection routines and procedures;
  • Providing feedback about customer experience to management;
  • Handling the administration of customer accounts.

The Candidate

  • Fluent in both written and oral Swedish & English;
  • Love helping people and solving issues;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive and self-disciplined;
  • Ability to work different shifts;
  • Ideally, experienced in the gaming industry, but that’s by no means a must.
