Are you an experienced Trust Administrator with a keen eye for monitoring risk? An excellent opportunity has arisen with a person of your skill set as Trust Administration Officer within a highly reputable fiduciary company in Jersey, Channel Islands. You will manage designated companies and trusts in accordance with procedures and report any matters which cause concern.

Another key aspect of this role is the effective and efficient administration of a portfolio of complex structures, dealing with clients & intermediaries on a daily basis, reporting to the team manager to pro-actively develop and build solutions to meet client needs and grow long term relationships. You will report directly to the Wealth Structuring Group Manager.

The perfect fit will be a person who holds a suitable professional qualification (such as ICSA, ACA, etc) and possesses sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

The Responsibilities of the Trust Administration Officer:

  • Ensure delivery of excellent levels of service to the clients of the Wealth Structuring Group within the reasonable limitations of the agreed policies and procedures;
  • To be a constructive and key member of your team;
  • Ensure the provision of excellent service through building and maintaining long term relationships;
  • Optimise client potential and deliver a consistent, seamless client experience;
  • Provide advice to clients ensuring their expectations are exceeded;
  • Be vigilant and ensure adherence with regards to AML regulations;
  • Be a champion in demonstrating and promoting the Company’s core values.


The Candidate

  • Possess a suitably relevant  professional qualification;
  • Extensive experience working with Institutional clients;
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory framework;
  • Understanding of applicable trust and company regulations and establishment procedures;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
