Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining a positive, understanding and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
  • Replying promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Liaising with customers through various channels;
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
  • Knowing products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent;
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and German);
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships;
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once;
  • Positive and service-oriented attitude;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment;
  • Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition;
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
