The Role:

The ideal candidate will take an active role to link online clients with banks prior to payment processing. The role includes offering support through various communication tools such as e-mail, phone, Skype and ticketing system. You will also be reviewing cases with team leaders to provide effective feedback.

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Technically proficient;
  • Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of other languages is advantageous;
  • Ideally, experience in a customer care role, but training will be provided.
