The ideal candidate will take an active role to link online clients with banks prior to payment processing. The role includes offering support through various communication tools such as e-mail, phone, Skype and ticketing system. You will also be reviewing cases with team leaders to provide effective feedback.Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Technically proficient;
- Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of other languages is advantageous;
- Ideally, experience in a customer care role, but training will be provided.
