The client is looking for a dynamic, energetic and committed Secretary/Administrative Assistant to be based in their Malta office.

Job Description

• Registration, organisation and reception of visitors
• Answering phones, receiving and sending company correspondence and courier mail, registration of correspondence
• Keeping a calendar of meetings
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering office supplies
• Preparing letters, analyses, reports and correspondence for supervisors
• Handling and archiving of documentation, registration of contracts
• Taking care of the proper flow of information in the company
• Participating in meetings and preparing reports on their progress
• Any related and ad hoc tasks that may, from time to time, be reasonably required by the company


• Ability to work independently
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Advanced level education
• Knowledge of Polish would be considered an asset
