Reporting to the Senior Wealth Products Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing a long-term marketing strategy as well as spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions.

Duties and responsibilities
 Developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies using SEO, PPC and other
techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company
products and services
 Identifying trends and insights and optimising spend and performance based on the
 Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages whilst optimising user
experience across all digital channels (public website, secure website, mobile app)
 Developing and editing engaging online content including articles, forums, videos,
graphics and blogs
 Utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touch points
 Increasing conversion ratio and optimising user funnels
 Partnering with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
 Managing all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
 Communicating with the senior management team about marketing goals and results

Required knowledge, skills and experience
 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other related field
 A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing
 Experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
 Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage,
inform and motivate
 Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
 Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
