Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Producing confidential work or specific projects for the Group CEO;
  • Administering calendars, coordinating schedules, making appointments and business travel arrangements for the Group CEO;
  • Supporting the day-to-day tasks of the Malta office;
  • Travel management for CEO and staff;
  • Giving general administrative support such to the departments for the CEO and within the HR Function;
  • Overseeing the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally;
  • Providing office and CEO’s guests with a hospitable experience;
  • Opening, sorting and allocating incoming correspondence;
  • Aid in resolving any administrative problems;
  • Running company’s errands to post office and office supply store;
  • Preparing and altering documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;
  • Preserving office supplies by checking inventory and order items;
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks.
