As a Finnish-speaking VIP Manager, your role will be to identify the likes and dislikes of our Client's VIP's in order to sculpt a personalised experience, full of unexpected moments, that deliver the above-and-beyond level of 'wow' that our Client's brand is known for.
Daily duties include:
  • Overseeing and studying player activity and behaviour to recognise drops and spikes, proactively acting on opportunities to enhance the player's experience and the value to the customer;
  • Targeting and creating relationships with high-value players and those with potential;
  • Creating retention calling campaigns, SMS and email campaigns;
  • Executing targeted campaigns aiming to further enhance the lifetime value of loyalty players;
  • Drawing up and implementing customer journeys across Casino specific products for all loyalty players across multiple brands and countries;
  • Creating strong, smart campaigns and bonuses to reduce attrition and increase APDs along with gross and net revenue for all loyalty player segments;
  • Examining and improving campaigns, reporting on the performance of each campaign and recommending next steps for all loyalty players across multi-brand and countries;
  • Handling customers’ day to day queries, expectations and game experience including out of hours when necessary, in order to provide loyalty players with personal and excellent service;
  • Liaising with The Loyalty Lead and the Data team to create reports and dashboards for weekly and monthly meetings;
  • Working closely with compliance to ensure all RG, AML and SOW procedures are vigorous and compliant across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Developing a proactive RG approach to players on a monthly basis to ensure players are comfortable with their spend.
  • Fluency in & Finnish English (native-level);
  • A professional with VIP, loyalty-centric, affiliation or marketing experience;
  • Data-centric learner, keen to test and evaluate innovative ideas and their impact on core loyalty metrics;
  • Project management experience is a plus;
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously to get things done;
  • Excited to work in a technology-driven company, to iterate on processes and to improve together through the use of data and technology;
  • Socially-minded and professional mingler, who can work a room and build relationships;
  • A trustworthy and responsible individual who will be representing the brand to the most valuable players;
