The Role:
  • Onboarding training for new team members;
  • Assisting with recruitment;
  • Carrying out regular monthly one to one meeting with team members discussing team performance;
  • Overseeing daily workload and delegating tasks accordingly;
  • Making sure that all agents are able to perform all tasks and identify any training requirements for further development;
  • Helping with daily queues of alerts and other daily team tasks;
  • Developing workflows and training guides;
  • Managing Leave and Sick leave requests and reporting overtime to the Line Manager;
  • Supporting the Deputy MLRO with any ad hoc questions;
  • Working closely with the RG officer for any improvements required and training needs;
  • Reporting monthly to direct manager on team performance and volumes;
  • Carrying out regular QA checks and one on one training sessions;
  • Carrying out team training sessions on any new tools and brands which get added;
  • Organising the schedule and shift planning, whilst keeping a balance to avoid backlog;
  • Monitoring team performance, ensuring they are on the right track towards our KPI targets;
  • Reporting any technical issues with tools and products to the relevant key stakeholders;
  • Monitoring and optimsing the Ambassadors escalation process via different channels;
  • Liaising closely with other key stakeholders;
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory updates and process changes;
  • Proactively making suggestions on how improvements can be made and make all processes more agile. 
Main Requirements:
  • Highly-motivated, proactive, ability to manage competing deadlines and complete tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, ability to analyse large data sets to formulate insight-led recommendations in a captivating way;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Confident in building and maintaining a large professional network with key stakeholders;
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, including but not limited to the ability to manipulate data to create detailed MI and reports;
  • Ability to understand complex data and use this to present comprehensive MI and reporting to inform strategic decision making;
  • Organised, planning and managing workload and deadlines;
  • Experience in working within the gambling industry in a similar role and understanding of the UKGC, MGA regulations and any other country advantageous.
