A leading online performance marketing company is in an expansive phase, and therefore looking for an experienced and proactive Ad Ops Specialist to join our team in Malta. Our client works with some of the largest online gaming operators, where they aim to deliver excellence in the iGaming lead generation space. Their expertise involves performance marketing that attract new customers though PPC, social media marketing, comparison sites and affiliation.

We are looking for an Ad Ops Specialist with excellent understanding of the iGaming casino industry. Your main job will be to assist our Account Managers by onboarding new clients, and monitor, optimize and analyze performance to ensure we deliver the best results. In essence, this role assists in developing our current partnerships and making sure we build long term relations.

• Onboarding new clients by setting up campaigns and generating ad tags/links/pixels
• Testing functionality and geos, optimizing campaigns and managing results on a daily basis
• Importing and Extracting stats and information from internal and external systems
• Monitoring client progress, traffic volumes and revenue, activity reports and analysis for partners, and present accurate reporting
• Analysing results and looking for opportunities to improve
• Keeping track of budget and presenting performance statistics on a daily basis
• Being able to troubleshoot marketing issues that affect traffic or performance
• Support Account Managers and Finance Department by creating numerical reports
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams for visuals, creatives, placements and promotions TO DO IT YOU WILL

• 1-3 years of experience in casino Ad Ops role or likewise
• Understanding of different commercial models such as CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share
• Experience in Campaign Management tools such as Google
• To enjoy numbers, be methodical with large numerical reports and have great analytical skills
• Enthusiasm towards performance marketing with an understanding of marketing ROI and targets
• To be well organised, efficient and with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects, be flexible and prioritize responsibilities
• To be Customer oriented, good at troubleshooting and solving problems
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
• To be proactive in creating opportunities, and taking own initiative but at the same time be a team player
