Our client, a Global Investor Services Group based in Jersey, is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Officer within their Corporate team. You will play a key role in the Funds and Institutional team, creating value and making a difference to this fast-paced organisation.
You will need to be switched-on and have a can do attitude to carry out a variety of administrative tasks. This is a client-facing role where you will administer a portfolio of structures for institutional clients. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work are vital to enable you to assist the team with day-to-day tasks which will include liaising with clients and intermediaries, attendance at board meetings, preparation of board packs and minutes, statutory reporting, review of payments whilst adhering to company procedures, delivery of KPI’s, management of internal reporting requirements, including annual reviews; work in relation to FATCA/CRS reporting and supervision of more junior team members.
You will be curious and have an eagerness to learn and grow and a passion to make a difference. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential qualities, which will stand you in good stead as you work effectively and collaboratively with the team, clients and others within the organisation. Building strong relationships and identifying client needs in this customer centric role is important.

- Knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Preferably ICSA qualified or working towards ICSA, or any other relevant qualification
