Summary of Role:

The Product Manager will own PnL responsibility for the Product, managing, analysing and reporting on key KPIs.

He/she will be responsible for driving revenue, traffic and user interaction and report findings to the Lead Product Manager.

Define and implement the Product roadmap, he/she will work as an interpreter
between business users and technical teams, work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, SEO and Content professionals and other internal stakeholders to deliver a best of breed product offering and PnL targets.

•Reporting to the management team and key stakeholders on a regular basis, providing reports and insights managing the associated budgets.

•Influence and guide effectively among different levels of stakeholder seniority
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions

•Managing the product team and the delivery of multiple projects to time and budget
•Being user focused, solid understand of profiling and identifying target audiences, implementing
appropriately targeted product features
•Managing and reporting on KPIs, providing analysis and data driven insights to drive product strategy and
•Commercially savvy and able to produce sound business cases
•Managing multiple projects and solve problems in a cross-functional environment
•Increase traffic to websites by ordering and following up on SEO, content and regular split testing
•Ensure solution validation/acceptance criteria are met
•Carry out release and resource planning
•Coordinate and drive product demos with relevant stakeholders and participate in relevant Scrum meetings
•Carry out strategy and market research, assess market competition
•Apply best practices to UX/UI and optimising player journeys
•Coordinating cross-collaboration between departments to ensure business goals and objectives are met

•Proven experience working as Product Manager in an online environment
•Experience in online casino environment
•University Degree in a relevant subject
•Experience in managing PnL
•Solid understanding of SEO principles
•Experience in Analytics and Split Testing
•Strong knowledge in website development, UX-design, CMS and mobile development
•Experience working in an AGILE (SCRUM) environment and ideally also worked with WordPress, JIRA and
Confluence or similar tools
•Apply a customer focused and data driven approach
•Knowledge of the German market
•Fluent English (the knowledge of German language would be an asset)
