- Contribute to new processes within the business
- Implementation of claim management operations for projects on new programmes, product changes and TPA Arrangements.
- Creation and management of operational procedures in relation to operational, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Contribute to optimisation of the productivity of the platform of claims management of the companies
- Ensure claim management is compliant with regulations, internal process and policies.
- Monitor evaluate and report claim experience across the insurance portfolio
- Investigate and manage the resolution of claims within given timescales.
- Together with Product Development, Actuaries, and subsidiaries support the change of existing programmes or the launch and implementation of new ones.
- Deliver operational requirements for product evolution.
- Develop tools, process and organisation of claim handling activity to implement new programmes.
- Contribute to the internal control process of the insurance operation
- Contribute to Audit and/or inspection of the TPA and/or front insurer (Reinsurance inwards activity).
- Ensure the quality of customer service of the claim management process.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience within the Insurance sector and possess a relevant Insurance qualification such as CII. You will also need to speak fluent English and another European language, ideally French, Spanish or German.
