Working with the Head of CRM and content team to create converting customised CRM campaigns for multiple GEOS and countries including, emails, push, SMS, tournaments and more;
Planning, creating, implementing and optimising the CRM marketing strategies, customer journeys and ad-hoc campaigns;
Creating customer marketing segments and matching customers' life cycles including default funnels and localised promotional activities;
Performing analysis and providing market insights;
Working to provide additional marketing insights for CRM and customer segments together with BI;
Defining, analysing and providing outputs of the performance of CRM;
Identifying key opportunities for improvement by using our own data, research and industry insights;
Developing and maintaining an annual campaign calendar;
Performing quality control checks on the quality and content of all campaigns across different client, browser, device combinations and ensuring sign off for all main languages;
Managing communication of campaigns across different channels including email, SMS, on-site and push notification;
Helping to drive the campaign planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
Undertaking competitor analysis of current marketing activities and reporting on the findings;
Other Adhoc duties.
Requirements
Two (2)+ years of experience in the iGaming industry within CRM;
Knowledge of digital copywriting techniques and content creation;
In-depth knowledge with setting up and sending out content;
