A marketing performance company that is working with some of the largest online gaming operators, where the aim is to deliver excellence in the iGaming lead generation space. Their expertise involves performance marketing that attract new customers though PPC, social media marketing, comparison sites and affiliation.
They are now on the hunt for a happy, organized, solution-oriented Accountant, to work full time in our back office. 
Currently 6 persons in the Malta office, with 3 working in Finance.
The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, which means being self-going, meticulous and accountable, as well as having good time management and prioritising tasks. It also requires great organisation skills and attention to detail. For the right person, this role can grow over time, as the company is in expansion.
To fit this role, you should have the following skills and requirements:
  • Bookkeeping or accountancy experience
  • Experience of accounting software, knowledge of record keeping and data inputting
  • Experience of payments and receivables, with statistical reporting, preparing payments, invoice posting, receipts, reconciliations
  • Good knowledge of Excel and making calculations
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
  • A self-motivated, dependable, enthusiastic, flexible individual with excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Someone who can work well in a highly transactional company, and is able to prioritize tasks
  • Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who can interact with various members of the overseas management teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must for this role
  • iGaming experience is a bonus
Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Day to day bookkeeping
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable and keeping track of debtors
  • Preparing journal entries and journal entries posting, and issuing invoices
  • Payment processing and posting of invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts, banks and GL
  • Extracting stats and calculations and creating reports
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Bridging Finance with Compliance and managing onboarding of new clients
  • Supporting team with daily Administrative tasks, such as Directors, Operations or Compliance
  • Finding efficiencies and improvements
