We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for the verticals of finance/trading (CFD, forex, stocks, crypto...) & non-gambling Germany (Dating, VPN, etc.) for a lead generation company with a proven record.

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with partners and overseeing sales and affiliate deals. As a Sales Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to partner queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience and monetisation.  Ultimately, you should be able to grow the business by building successful, long-term affiliate relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimise affiliate performance deals (CPA, Revenue Share etc.);
  • Sell media packages for monthly fixed fees;
  • Further development, maintenance, and monitoring of existing affiliate partnerships and establishment of new partnerships;
  • Presentation of company websites;
  • Market monitoring, networking, and identification of new opportunities;
  • Performance analyses and generate reports, including the evaluation of conversion rates and performance of different operators;
  • Participate in international affiliate trade fairs;
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy;
  • Manage the proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources;
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics;
  • Develop and implement overarching sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices;
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids & proposals;
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations;
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding quarterly sales targets;
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base;
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Bring at least two (2) years of experience in the affiliate or Finance/trading industry;
  • Have sound experience with CPA and Revenue Share Deals, as well as media buying and advertising;
  • Be proficient in MS-Office and Google Docs (especially PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets) and the creation of reports, and pitch-decks are necessary for the job;
  • Have a high proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Excellent negotiating skills;
  • Your high independence and reliability as well as your team ability round off your profile.
